The operative parties referred to in this policy are MGCSpace (MGCyber Tech Creations) and you, the user of this site. MGCSpace is the publisher and operator of the web site www.mgcspace.com. Hereinafter referred to as 'MGCSpace'. When first-person pronouns are used in this Policy, (us, we, our, ours, etc.) these provisions are referring to MGCSpace. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes when you can request a refund with respect to products and services acquired from MGCSpace or through us from our partners and/or affiliates (collectively “Services”).
Standard Terms
Standard terms apply to all refund eligible Services. In addition, there may be special term(s) that apply to a specific product and/or service and those are described below.

We provide 30 days money back guarantee and it is only applicable for first-time signups. Second time and subsequent sign-ups are ineligbile . For example, If you had an account with us in past and you cancelled it to sign up for new account or created second account without cancellation of previous, then you will not be eligible for refund or 30 days money back guarantee.

If purchased Service(s) include free domain name registration as part of a promotion or sale of the Service(s), and you cancel the purchased Service(s), the standard price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount. If the refund amount is less than the standard price for the domain, you must either elect to pay the difference or forfeit the domain, in which case, ownership of the domain will revert back to MGCSpace.

The money back guarantee is provided on Shared hosting, Reseller hosting, WordPress hosting and Email hosting plans.

In case you wish to transfer your included FREE domain to other provider, then a Transfer fees would be applicable. Domain will not released until the tranfer fee is paid.

You can not ask for multiple refund ie. in no event is the same Service eligible for more than one refund.

Cancellation of Service(s) can be done when there is no dues or outstanding amount pending against it.

Service(s) must be cancelled before we can issue a refund.

No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause like but not limited to violation of Terms and Condition or AUP polices.

All refunds are processed in Indian Rupee: you, the customer, bear sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate(s) between the time of payment and the time of refund.

The refund request placed after 30 days will not be processed and you will not be eligible for any refund.

After submission for the cancellation request, it would take 15 days to complete the refund process.

Unless you request otherwise, refunds will be credited to your MGCSpace account balance. Purchases made using MGCSpace account funds can only be refunded as account credit. Purchases made by credit card, net banking and PayPal may be refundable to the original source of payment.

Refunds are not possible for payments made through Check, eCheck, Wire Transfer, cash deposit, DD and Money orders. Refunds for the same will only be added as account credit on your client portal account.

Any processing fee(s), taxes, payment processing charges or any other kind of payment processing charges will be deducted from a refund.
- Refund is not applicable on Domain registration/transfer/renewal, cPanel, Plesk, Control Panel, LiteSpeed, Softaculous, Cloud, VPS, Dedicated Server, Paid Support, SSL Certificates, WHMCS, Windows OS, SQL, G Suite, Office 365 and any other paid licenses.
Cancellation Requests
All Cancellations must be done in writing via the support ticket system or through customer portal at https://my.mgcspace.com and should comply with Section 7 of Terms & Condition agreement along with conditions mentioned in this "Refunds & Cancellation" policy page. We will always require You to cancel in writing so that We can confirm Your identity and to confirm with You that You are prepared for all of Your content to be removed from Our servers. Once We receive Your cancellation and have confirmed all necessary information with You via e-mail, We will inform You via email to the email address on file that Your account has been canceled. If You do not receive the confirmation email within twenty-four (24) hours after submitting Your cancellation request, please contact Us immediately via
In case of servie where you host data with us like but not limited to Shared Hosting Plan (Beginner, Advance, Pro, Expert), Reseller Hosting (Reseller One, Reseller Two, Reseller Three, Reseller Four), Profesional Email etc. It is your responsibility to to make sure you have made data backup before you place the cancellation request. Once you place the cancellation request, MGCSpace will not be held responsible for any data lose as all your data from our server will be deleted and it cannot be retrieved nor restored.
